The Powerful Delusion – Is The Delusion This: “We Are Not Under The Law”?
The Lord Yahuah will allow people to believe a huge error because they “did not receive the love of the truth.”
2nd Thessalonians 2:10 – “and in all deceit of unrighteousness (the lies that lawlessness is covered by grace) in those being lost (in the process of falling away), because they did not receive (it is offered and taught in the Scriptures – but rejected by the church) the love of the truth in order for them to be saved.”
2Th 2:11 And because of this, God will send to them a working of error, for them to believe the lie, (“a working of error” sounds like a work within the church, a doctrine in the church that is in error and that this error is a lie, not a mistake; a false premise, not a position of sound doctrine.)
If we do not “receive the love of the truth”, then what does the Holy Bible tell us “truth” is? [AnythingPopup id=”3″] Yahuah says so – Ps 119:142 “Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And Your law (Torah) is truth. (NKJV)
Ok, Torah is truth according to Holy Scripture. We also know that “in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was GOD.” So what is the Word? The Word can and must be the spoken words of Yahuah, correct? And the spoken Word of Yahuah is what? Obviously, His commands. Therefore His commands are the Word and the Word reigns.
Christians are constantly, incorrectly taught that we are not subject to the law, that we operate under “grace”. That “grace” is the authority Yahusha gave us to become children of Yahuah.
John1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave the authority to become children of Yahuah, to those believing in the name Yahuah,
You see, when we are saved, Yahusha gives the “authority to become”…, but there is a requirement for those who claim to follow Yahusha , because Yahusha (Jesus) told us there is right here:
John 14:21 “He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
When one has the authority to enter a secure area, that does not mean that the person always resides in the secure area or can remain in it. He only has authority to enter. Salvation is like that – we are given authority to become children of Yahuah. Yahusha (aka ‘Jesus’) goes on to say that Yahuah, His Father, and Yahusha Himself will only love us if we KEEP His Commands.
So Yes, salvation does give us the authority to BECOME children of Yahuah, but only if we obey His commands, or “Instructions”, as He just said above. And yes, we will mess up all the time so don’t stress over that. The point is to continually study His Word and obey His commands. “Grace” is no license for disobedience. Grace is the authority we are given, the first step, the opportunity for eternal life in Heaven IF we walk the walk.
Obedience is not difficult. Our flesh – THAT is difficult.
So you see, from the very mouth of our Savior, if we do worship Him we WILL keep His commands, and only if we keep His commands will we be loved by Yahuah, the Lord God Almighty. We will become loved when we obey the Commands of Yahuah.
This is His instruction, not mine. I read it just as you are reading it. Ask HIM what it means if you are confused. Do not ask another totally ignorant “Christian”, because Christians almost NEVER study scripture. You ask Yahuah to teach you, and He will. Your life is on the edge. Trust no man, not even me. Ask HIM. Trust His Word.
Pay attention.
Mat 5:20 “For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees (adherence to the Torah-jd), ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.”
The Pharisees and scribes (and Sadducees, too) also added to the Law constantly. They added hundreds of “laws” to the Torah, and compiled them into a wicked book called The Talmud. Wickedness, which is why Yahusha called them the “Synagogue of Satan”.
Yeah, that’s right, speaking directly to the face of the head “pastor” of the most powerful “churches” among the people of YHWH – “Ye are of your father, the DEVIL”. That’s what Yahusha told them.
“We Are Not Under The Law!” – The Ultimate Confession Of Rebellion
To deny the Law, to rebel against it, to claim “freedom form the Law” is rebellion. It is the “falling away”(2:3) of Thessalonians of “those being lost” (2:10). Notice the “being lost” indicates a process of falling away, which perfectly harmonizes with generations of believers progressively rejecting more and more of the law.
The believers slowly reject the Law, become increasingly lawless, and ultimately believe the lie that grace wiped out the Law, setting the stage for the man of sin to be revealed.
Modern “Jewish” Rabbi’s study the Talmud every day. They are just as wicked and Satan-serving as their forefathers. But they are convinced of their righteousness, just as most “Christians” are convinced of their “righteousness”, even though they actively break the Law of Yahuah.
Mirror images of each other – The Christian church claims Yahusha but rejects Gods commands. The Rabbi’s reject Yahusha, but adhere to God’s commands. Both follow false doctrines, both are confused, and each desperately needs the other. The Rabbi’s have to accept Yahusha and DUMP Talmud, while the Christians have to obey the commands of Yahuah and honor the Sabbath.
Romans 6:15 – What then? Shall we sin because we are not under Law but under grace? Certainly not! 16 Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin [leading] to death, or of obedience [leading] to righteousness? (Obedience to what? To the Law, for obedience to the Law establishes Righteousness – jd)
Definition: RIGHTEOUSNESS, n. ri’chusness. (Websters Dictionary)
1. Purity of heart and rectitude of life; conformity of heart and life to the divine law. Righteousness, as used in Scripture and theology, in which it is chiefly used, is nearly equivalent to holiness, comprehending holy principles and affections of heart, and conformity of life to the divine law. It includes all we call justice, honesty and virtue, with holy affections; in short, it is true religion.
2. Applied to God, the perfection or holiness of his nature; exact rectitude; faithfulness.
3. The active and passive obedience of Christ, by which the law of God is fulfilled. Dan 9.
The Mystery of Lawlessness
Do you not know the mystery of lawlessness? It is simple. Lawlessness is breaking the Law, breaking Torah. Denying that Torah is valid. All who reject Torah are law-breakers. All who teach lawlessness are just as the Man of Lawlessness. The “mystery of Lawlessness” was “already working” back in the time of Paul because people were not adhering to Torah in the Gentile nations, although Paul and every disciple followed Torah closely. That is the “mystery”. They just did not follow Torah and it was a puzzle to Paul why they did not. He did, and taught that we are to establish obedience.
Romans 3:31 – Do we then make void the Law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the Law.
Satan obviously worked hard to kill Torah obedience among the converts, just as he worked hard to kill Yahusha among the Hebrews. Torah obedience is not how one becomes saved. Torah obedience is how one becomes loved by Yahuah. That is key. Torah obedience is where the power of faith lives. Torah obedience is where the promise of Yahuah lives. Everything revolves around Torah. Everything.
Satan Wants To Destroy All Torah Faithful
2Th 2:3 Do not let anyone deceive you in any way, because that Day (the return of Messiah Yahusha ) will not come unless first comes the falling away, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of lawlessness already is working, only he (Holy Spirit) is holding back now (holding back the Lawless One and Satan), until it comes out of the midst (until the Holy Spirit leaves the earth, opening the door for the second half of the tribulation).
2Th 2:8 And then “the Lawless One” will be revealed, “whom” “the Lord” “will consume” “by the spirit of His mouth,” and will bring to nought by the brightness of His presence. Isa. 11:4
The “Lawless One” will utterly hate the commands of Yahuah, and he will seek to kill all who keep Torah and follow Yahusha . –
Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was enraged over the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, those keeping the commandments of God, and having the testimony of Messiah Yahusha .
See that? It is Torah and Salvation that makes us His children. This combination created a very unusual kind of person back in the day, and also today. Back when Paul was stomping around the western Asiatic states, those people were considered a sect, and they had a name – “The Way“.
A sect is a group of people with somewhat different religious beliefs (typically regarded as heretical) from those of a larger group to which they belong. So when you start studying Torah in the next five minutes, you can consider yourself part of a “heretical” sect and be condemned by your own pastor. He will condemn you because he does not have the courage to look his fellow pastors in the eye and tell them to obey Torah. Very many pastors are just limp rags. Pitiful, really. Weak, like thin jelly. The church ultimately reflects their gutless faith, which opens the doors for homosexualism, transvestism, lesbianism, abortion and other abominations.
The weaker the church the stronger the adversary. Remove Torah from our heart and we have no strength. Satan knows that. Preachers will say “HAVE FAITH IN GOD!” yet deny the commands of God. Where is their faith? Show me a man obedient to the commands, and I will show you a man perfect in faith. No Torah? No faith. Know Torah, know faith.
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints; here are the ones keeping the commands of God, and the faith of Yahusha.
Rev 22:14 Blessed are the ones doing His commands, that their authority (remember the authority Yahusha gave us upon salvation?)will be over the Tree of Life, and by the gates they may enter into the city.
So in the end times, Satan will specifically seek those who keep Torah and worship Yahusha. We are the important targets. We have value to the Lord God. We are His CHILDREN, you see.
The Working Of Error
The “working of error” cited in 2nd Thessalonians 2:11 almost certainly has to be the false teaching that Christians are not to follow Torah. This error is doctrinal, a working of error in church doctrine. Doctrine teaches that we can disregard the Old Testament and the Commands of the Lord God because “Jesus”.
Obviously that is a catastrophic error. This false doctrine, a doctrine of demons if ever there was one, robbed the church of its strength, for Yahuah gave tremendous promises with His commands. Incredible, life-giving promises to those who keep His commands.
(From my Literal Translation of the Holy Bible) 2Th 2:11 And because of this, God will send to them a working of error, for them to believe the lie,
2Th 2:12 that all may be judged, those not believing the truth, but who have delighted in unrighteousness.
Ps 119:142 “Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness (His commands are eternal), And Your law (Torah) is truth. (NKJV)
Num 15:39 “And it shall be to you for a tzitzit, and you shall see it, and shall remember all the commands of יהוה and shall do them, and not search after your own heart and your own eyes after which you went whoring, (shall not do whatever we want and say “its grace)
Num 15:40 so that you remember, and shall do all My commands, and be set-apart unto your Elohim. (Set apart means ‘holy’. Torah makes us holy people.)
Deuteronomy 28 “If you fully obey the Lord your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations on earth.

Yahusha plainly states that our obedience to His commands proves our love for Yahusha , and that Yahuah loves US because we keep Yahusha ‘s commands, proving our love for Him. He finishes by declaring that He will manifest himself to us/me/you.
John15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. (This sounds like Yahusha has his own set of commandments, but He states that the Father is greater than He, so certainly Yahusha would not take it upon Himself to devalue any commands of His Father.
John 14:28 – “…I am going to the Father, for my Father is greater than I.”
I see the truth in these words. I see the truth in the Word of Yahusha, and I seek to follow all the commands of Yahuah. My testimony is this: He knows me, and my obedience is worship to Him. His Father is my Father, and He loves me through my obedience to His commands.
As a man who loves you with love that comes only from my Father, please take this truth to heart. You cannot go wrong with His Word. You will gain a peace that defies understanding. I know many of you seek His peace. Gain it through proper worship. Abide by His Word and do not be overcome by the delusion of sanctified lawlessness.
1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God: when we love God and keep His commandments.
You see? You cannot even love your brothers in Messiah Yahusha unless you love Yahusha AND keep His commands.
As this falling away, this rebellion and rejection of the Law/Torah accelerates, bear in mind this:
Hebrews 6:4-7 – “For it is impossible for those once having been enlightened, and having tasted of the heavenly gift, and becoming sharers of the Holy Spirit, (these are saved people-jd)
Heb 6:5 and tasting the good Word of God (the Word is the Law, the Prophets and the Gospels – jd), and the works of power of a coming age,
Heb 6:6 and having fallen away, it is impossible for them again to renew to repentance, crucifying again for themselves the Son of God, and putting Him to open shame.”
Do not rebel. Do not reject the Law. Study Torah and live.
1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments; and His commandments are not heavy.

Oh Jerry, this is sooo well written.
Prov 16:6a says that iniquity is atoned for by Mercy AND Truth. By mercy we see Messiah. By Truth we enter into His Kingdom.
It is so sad that many Christians are still standing there, just looking at the “door”, but never entering in.
