How To Study The Instructions Of Yahuah – It Is Only Difficult When We Personally Make It Difficult
When one is new to Torah observance, one can find oneself at a loss regarding “Where to start”. Its funny that Yahuah left us His “Instructions” or “Words” (mistransliterated as “Law”), without a “Start Here” button to click.
So one will ask friends, search the interweb, read various sections of Torah and generally attempt to piece together a process of study. One thing for sure you will learn, as did I, is this: Obedience is easy until we make it difficult ourselves. It is our selfish flesh that makes obedience difficult, every time.

Have you ever been asked who your favorite person is from the Holy Bible? If you have a favorite, who is it? What makes that person your fave? Continue reading “Did Yahuah Say That An Adulterous Murderer Was A “Man After His Own Heart”?”
Yahusha Said He Came to SEND A Sword
Mat 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came NOT to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36 And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.
When Yahusha spoke these words, He knew with perfect precision what He was saying. He chose His words with complete precision, never saying what He did not intend to say. He could have said “I came not to send peace, but division/discord/hatred/enmity” or some other word.
But He did not use those words.
He said He came to send a sword, just as He meant when He ordered us to Continue reading “When Yahusha Sends, Who Does He Send? Why Does He Send Them? What Do They Do?”
2nd Thessalonians 2, v7, has been pecking at my mind for weeks. Peck-peck-peck… mystery of lawlessness… Paul…sent to the gentiles (non-Hebrews) Pharisee of pharisees… world-class Law teacher… hand-picked by Yahusha to teach the non-Hebrews… a Law scholar…

Let’s begin a divine instruction study by starting at Deuteronomy (DaBarim, Hebrew for “The Words”), ch 12. While there are many commands of Yahuah, beginning in Genesis with “Let light come to be”, DaBarim 12 is the only place that I find which begins with:
These are the laws and rightrulings which you guard to do in the land which your Yahuah, Alahim of your fathers, is giving you to possess, all the Yomim (days) that you live on the soil.”
If you are obedient to the command in Numbers that states from the mouth of Yahuah that there is one law in the congregation of the Hebrews and the non-Hebrews, that we are all commanded to submit to the same set of instructions, then congratulations, for you have received the love for the Truth.
Here is the command to the congregation –

I don’t know about you, but the social tension/aggression is really growing, especially in the USA.
Recently I watched a video on Youtube produced by Jason A, and it was about street violence. Really shocking stuff, and one guy took a sledge hammer to the car of another guy, then hit the driver of the car in the back with the sledge hammer as the driver tried to run away.
Two days ago I was standing on the sidewalk of a burger joint with my 4-yr old held high in the air and my 10 and 12 yr olds standing there talking to me as we waited for my wife to join us from the car.

I met with a fine Christian brother recently, a Pastor, and we had a powerful conversation regarding who is “Israel”, and who is expected to obey the commands of Yahuah.
He does not believe that non-Jews are called to obey the commands of Yahuah, stating that all of those laws are “for the Jews”. That Israel is “Jew only” might be more accurate.
If he is correct in that non-Jews are free from the Law, then for us, sin is impossible. Yippee! It is impossible to sin without the Law, because sin is transgression of the law (1 John3:4). And if a gentile cannot sin because gentiles are not required to obey Yahuah, then we can fornicate all we want, right, Pastor? And homosexualism, even in the Pastorate, is OK-fine, right? Because if gentiles are free from obedience to the commands of Yahuah, we don’t even need salvation, since “sin” will apply only to the Jews, Pastor.

John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
“Righteousness” is obedience to the Laws of Yahuah. In fact, the formal definition of “righteousness” is this:
RIGHTEOUSNESS, n. ri’chusness.
1. Purity of heart and rectitude of life; conformity of heart and life to the divine law. Righteousness, as used in Scripture and theology, in which it is chiefly used, is nearly equivalent to holiness, comprehending holy principles and affections of heart, and conformity of life to the divine law. It includes all we call justice, honesty and virtue, with holy affections; in short, it is true religion.

Rev 12:17 And the dragon was enraged over the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, those keeping the commandments of God, and having the testimony of Jesus Christ.
In the Book of The Revelation, and in fact in the entire Holy Bible, there is only one group of human beings that The Dragon seeks to kill. Who is this select group?
The group that the Dragon seeks to destroy consists entirely and exclusively of human beings who do two things: Have the testimony of Yahusha (Jesus) and KEEP the Commandments of Yahuah (the Lord God Almighty). Dear Brothers and Sisters, this is my first communication since the refining of my subscriber database; the separation of the wheat from the tares. Yahuah did call me out of the world, very powerfully. He did radically transform me from hating Him to yearning to be with Him. As one “christian” leader in my local church commented privately to a mutual and respected friend, “He (referring to me) is not like us.” In the subsequent two years since that comment was made, his actions proved repeatedly that he is false to me; not my friend and not my brother.
