My Heart Rejoices – And I Stand Corrected.

Thank you David.   S P O T  O N.

A week or so ago I ranted about contemporary “Christian music” lacking horsepower.   Some friends of mine have been busy tightening me up a bit on this matter.

This one is from a rock star of a brother, whom we shall refer to as “David”.  🙂

Let’s prepare to fight the fight, brothers and sisters.  Music matters.  Turn it up.  Shout it from the rooftops.  Raise your hands and feel the immense power of the Holy Spirit electrify your souls in these last days.

I still haven’t found what I’m looking for. If ya’ll know the song. ? Bono sings about honey lips and the kingdom come. 40, is so beautiful. U2 is awesome. Cheers, friends.

U2 has always been special to me. Their first record came out the year I was born. They named it, Boy. My favorite of course is The Joshua Tree from 1987. I actually played guitar and sang I still haven’t found what I’m looking for at the Baptist student union open mic night about 15 yrs or so ago. They have always had a way of communicating deep ideas through music. Best thing to come out of Ireland I can think of. 🙂. Very good pick, David.
