I watch Dr. Berg often and really appreciate the effort he puts into his videos. Often they contain more detail than I need, and I would love it if he started with the executive summary, but regardless of that, you can get some first-class health advice from him and I heartily recommend you subscribe to him and take his advice.
I listen to him even when he is not addressing a specific interest that I have because he teaches the when, how and why and how long and consequences and alternatives of supplements, drugs and other health-related topics. He always has brilliant information and if you don’t need it today, give it some time:)
This is a random video that I was watching this afternoon and I take K2 already for immune strengthening, I listened and discovered that it is also effective for improving bone density and de-calcifying blood vessels.
